About Abbey Maxwell

Head of Shared Services for Swiftclean and Swift Fire Compliance - Abbey brings over 14 years of industry experience, progressing from service coordinator to Head of Operations and ultimately Director of Shared Services, overseeing Marketing, HR, and IT. She also serves as vice president of the East Anglia Regional BESA Committee and is an active member of the BESA Council. She is a dedicated trainer within the Swiftclean Academy, overseeing the development and delivery of training programmes.
